Blueberry Muffin Mug Cake

Made this blueberry muffins come out perfect for the evening tea time. It's really make quick and easy.
I made two cakes, mug and microwave safe bowl. 







Ingredients 

1 tbsp melted butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
3 tbsp all purpose flour
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp milk
1/4 tsp vanilla 
pinch of salt
10 blueberries

Big bowl 

3 tbsp butter, melted and cooled to room temperature
8 tbsp all purpose flour
8 tbsp milk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt

Directions:

In a microwave safe mug and bowl, stir together the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar and a pinch of salt.
Add wet ingredients (milk, melted butter, vanilla), stir well until it forms a batter. Make sure there are no clumps.
On top of the mixture, add blueberries, gently stir.
Microwave on high for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes.
In a big bowl, microwave on high 4 minutes.
Sprinkle some blueberries on top. Enjoy!
