Mini Chocolate Cake with Almond
Chocolate cake surround a chocolate icing, center of the cake coffee mocha icing with almond,bottom toasted almonds and a powdering of icing sugar.
Coffee mocha icing (make 6 servings):1 1/2-2 cups confectioner's sugar(icing sugar)
2tbs and 2tsp cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2tbs and 2tsp strong hot, brewed coffee
2 tbs and 2 tsp melted butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
- In an electric hand mixture, beat melted butter, icing sugar for 3 minutes.
- Add cocoa powder, coffee, vanilla and salt, blend all combine well.
- Beat well until frosting reaches a good spreading consistency.
- Using star tip, put mocha icing, center of each cake.
