Sugar Free Cake

Sugar Free Cake


  •  1 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup butter  

  • 3 Eggs

  • 1/2 cup  warm Milk or hot water

  • 1 tsp Baking powder

  • 1 tsp Baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 cup Pitted dates

  • 1/2 cup Almond crushed

  • 1Tbs Vanilla

  • 1 Tbs Cinnamon & cardamom powder


    1. Preheat  oven to 180 degree C or 350 degree F.

    2. Grease and flour 10x23 cm loaf  pan.

    3. In a separate bowl, soak the pitted dates in warm milk.

    4. Sift the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon powder into the separate large bowl set aside.

    5. In a stand mixture or hand mixture, beat butter until soft & pale colour.

    6. Add the eggs and beat well.

    7. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder,salt and cinnamon; add to the batter mixture alternatly with dates, milk mixture and vanilla gradually all combined.

    8. Beating well after each addition. 

    9. Pour batter into the loaf pans and bake 40-45minutes. Until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cake.





I absolutely love this Cake. When I found this recipe for sugarless cake. So I need it to try. And add some sub ingredients with my own recipe.
I thought I had made it healthy. If you wanted to keep some days to keep this in the fridge.
