First, I made butter cream icing. In my first piping bag, and piped yellow roses on top and around it. Then I divided my butter cream into two. On to one bowl is yellow butter cream, and add a few drops of the make blue color.
Make sure your butter cream frosting is the proper consistency. Frosting is less thick.
First frost the cake with a light butter cream, and so place it in the freeze.
