Sugar less Oats cake

 Sugar less Oats cake


 


I made this cake for our family. 
 

Ingredients:

  • 100 gram rava
  • 100 gram oats
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 200 gram ground almonds
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 30 gr coco powder
  • 2 tbsp vanilla
  • 200 gram butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 5 prunes, chopped
  • 5 dates, chopped
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon powder
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175C).
  2. Line and grease 9x13 inch baking sheet.
  3. Pour the boiling water over the oats, let it stand for 30 minutes.Beat the eggs and butter until light color. Stir in vanilla.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together oats, rava, flour, baking powder, baking soda, mixing well.
  5. Combine the ground almonds, cinnamon powder.
  6. Add the prunes, dates to the flour mixture, to all combined.
  7. Pour the batter into prepared baking pan.
  8. Bake at 350 F/170C degrees for 30 minutes or inserted the knife center of the cake,comes our clean.
  9.  Gently place black berries on top of the cake. Dab berries with frosting will help hold it in place.
