Microwave Strawberry Vanilla Cake

You can have a Strawberry Vanilla cake on your dessert in a 15 minutes.  I made this cake yesterday for our niece and friends visited our house, we had over Sunday night and it was a good. This cake is quick and easy to make.

 Ingredients 

• 10 tablespoons all purpose flour
• 1   tablespoon brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp baking powder
• 6 tablespoons milk
• 2 eggs
• 6 strawberries, cut into small 1/4 inch pieces 
• 6 tablespoons butter
• 1 tsp vanilla essence 

  Yield 1 bowl cake (2 mugs cakes) but you can half the above the recipe and microwave half the mixture in one mug, half the mixture in another mug for two cakes.

  Direction:

1. Prepare a microwaveable bowl, it lined and buttered well. (Make sure your cake big bowl is enough to cake batter risen up).
2. Combine all ingredients except strawberries, in a medium bowl and whisk.
3. Mix until batter is just smooth. Don't over mix.
4. Pour into prepared bowl, spread strawberries on top of the cake mixture. 
5. Microwave for 3 minutes. Toothpick inserted, it's come out clean until cake cook.
6. Remove cake from the bowl to the serving plate.
7. Serve warm or Cool!
